1.- Price List.

Regarding indirect taxation, in fiscal year 2022, the entrepreneur who owns the business is included in the special regime for small businessmen or professionals (REPEP), so the prices shown are exempt from IGIC, as long as they are sold or distributed in territory of application of the tax (Canary Islands).

Purchases made by residents of territories outside the Canary Islands are exempt from paying the IGIC (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise).

2.- Payment Systems

  • Card payment:

The purchase is made by bank card through the Redsys system provided to us by BBVA Bank.
The card number is invisible even to us, we only receive the order if the payment has been made successfully.
Accepted bank cards are : Visa and MasterCard.

The purchase price will be debited from the customer's bank account.
In the event that the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reports that the card has been denied, it will be cancelled.

  • Transfer:

When you select bank transfer as a means of payment, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail indicating the account number in which to make the bank transfer in the name of Manuel Miranda Sánchez-Gijón.

Appia Ortopedia guarantees delivery to the carrier, according to the delivery time indicated in the purchase conditions, as long as they are in stock and, unless they are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In which case, the order will be processed on the first business day after the day it is placed. In addition, it must be taken into account that the deadlines are calculated in working days and may be altered by local or national holidays. And remember, if the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.
