Appia Ortopedia only offers quality products, ORIGINAL and guaranteed by first level commercial firms. The reception of the shipped products and the handling of these to prepare the shipments is done following a strict quality procedure.

Right of Withdrawal:
Dispone de un plazo máximo de 14 días hábiles desde la recepción del producto o desde la celebración del contrato (si se trata de alquiler de algún producto), sin penalizaciones por su ejercicio. De modo que se procederá al reintegro del importe total de la compra, a excepción de los gastos de envío, no sometiendo el ejercicio de este a formalidad alguna, simplemente pudiendo exigir al consumidor que el producto sea devuelto en perfectas condiciones sin limitar el uso del producto (siempre que no vaya más allá de la mera comprobación del buen estado y funcionamiento del mismo) a la imposibilidad de que el consumidor lo devuelva en ejercicio de su derecho de desistimiento.
Antes de realizar dicha devolución el cliente deberá ponerse en contacto con nuestro departamento de ventas a través del e-mail info@appiaortopedia.com o por el teléfono 646327065 donde le indicaremos cómo proceder a la devolución. No se realizará ninguna devolución que no haya sido previamente comunicada.
To be accepted for return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its original accessories and documentation.
The consumer should be aware that if the product is not returned in the same original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will be subject to a depreciation that will be communicated at the time of reshipment.
Product defective at origin:
The return is guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product we will proceed to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Appia Ortopedia will bear the cost of picking up the wrong product and delivery of the order placed.
Cancellation Policy:
Tu pedido comienza a procesarse inmediatamente después de hacer clic en “confirmar compra”. Una vez hecho esto, la cancelación del pedido deberá tramitarse como una devolución.
To cancel your order, you must contact us by phone. You must have your order number and in case of a partial cancellation, the detail of the items to be cancelled.
The refund will be made using the same payment method with which you placed your order. The refund will be carried out within 12 working days after acceptance of the cancellation.

- ALQUILERES
Los alquileres de Sillas de ruedas, Andadores, Scooter, Camas y Grúas llevarán asociado un coste adicional de 25€, en caso de que requieran entrega y recogida en domicilio.
